I'm taking quite a risk by posting this. I figure you want me to be able to make more manips and therefore have no interest in my journal being purged or me getting sued - this is REAL PERSON SLASH and those people are actually alive and well, so they could sue me for this. So don't spread the manips by reposting them! You can save them to your hard drive/phone/whatever and enjoy them to your heart's content, but no tumblr, instagram etc! The best, and absolutely best thing about this manip is that there is no doubt who are holding hands, even though you only see their football kits. A) the number on the goalkeeper jersey (and it could of course be another team, but I'm going to ignore that – it's obvious that it's Bayern), and B) Kevin's tattoo, and you also added the sweatband – lovely detail, as he never plays a match without it.

I adore it to bits and it makes me so happy to have such a "classy" manip of them. Händchenhalten just is something that every manipped pairing needs ^_^

The way they are holding hands as well, they're not even holding hands, they're just holding, touching, caressing a finger, and that fits them perfectly. Like a shy, careful, discreet gesture just before a match, which they hope that no one will notice.

I love those hand-holding manips (I have quite a few for several fandoms) because it's all about the imagination and about how well you know the characters and all the little insiders. I studied their jerseys and tried to get all those little details - which is quite difficult if you're not actually in the fandom. I still hope that I managed (the sweatband was more chance than skill, but we'll ignore that for now XD).

As I said, I have several holding-hands raws I could have used, but this seemed the most appropriate for those two. The not-quite-houlding, the faint, quick touch that could go unnoticed, the need to just touch for a fleeting moment. I made this manip after reading quite a few fics, so maybe I was influenced, but it seemed fitting. Glad you share that feeling ^_^

Well, now I'll start working on manips no. 4. You'll like that one too, I just know it. Might be inspiring material... *wants to make you curious*
