Comment: I'm totally not a football/soccer person, but my dear scorpia_strikes's biggest wish was to have a Grosskreutz manip and since she's so nice and it'll make her happy for ages I made one. Oh, and my muse liked it, so you can expect more manips for this pairing within the next few days. I'd love to hear what you think, my fellow slashers! ^_^

I hope all your followers won't think I'm totally weird, BECAUSE THIS IS IN FACT A REAL SHIP

I've been wanting good Neukreutz manips for AGES, and I'm just so overwhelmed by this one. It's really a more painful than happy ship, but this manip still fits them incredibly well. It's something about the fact that they're all alone in the woods somewhere, nowhere near a football pitch and where their respective clubs do not matter. I imagine it been set right after the world cup this year, where they go away for a few days, just to get away from everything and be together.

I love the details, the background (oooh, the background *___*), that you can see that their clothes are wet, the details in the water, their happy faces (the two of them being happy in the same photo doesn't exist at all, are you aware of what it does to me to finally have that!??), Manu's grip around Kevin's waist... oh man, I could go on and on and on for days.

Thank you so, so much for this one, it made my night, my day and it's going to make many of my days the next few weeks ♥ :')

Well, I don't think anybody who reads my Lj would think it weird - we're all a bit weird, or we wouldn't be here XD

I kind of got scked into this pairing, though I still don't like football much, but I have been staring at SO MANY pictures of the guys that I kind of begin to see their sex appeal (although Manuel is more my type). Well, and I love painful ships - they have so much more potential for good, long, elaborate and intriguing fic. Maybe my manips can inspire you, my dear, to write some more fic? I can see the idea in your description of the manip (and the background XD). More manips to come soon XD
