*grins* I think you're the first person who ever told me they loved a manipped jeans - but thank you for noticing, I actually spent over an hour just on Riddick's clothes (not to mention Vaako's armour that consistes of some eight different pieces from various screenshots). Normally people don't notice stuff like that because it's not the main focus, so I really appreciate that you did!

As for the size, Vaako actually *is* taller than Riddick. I think that's a very nice touch, because it kind of contradicts the clichee of the leader always being taller. Makes the pairing even more interesting, doesn't it? *unholy smile*

PS: Do you know the Theban Band? If you don't, you really should have a look, they are my 'idols' concerning manips and have awesome stuff!

Same level as the Theban Band? You just killed me with that *fainting* Thank you so much for that! That's such a huge compliment because they're so good, they're like the pioneers of slashy manips on the net. To be compared to them is just... wow *faints just again*

Oh, you have no idea how much I love you being a detailed person - it's just awesome to see that somebody actually really paid attention to all the wee things I use to make a manip special. Somehow it makes me feel really appreciated ^__^ Thanks a lot!

I knew Vaako was taller even before I stared manipping on them, I just happen to pay attention to stuff like this because just like you, I think small things like that are a major win for a pairing, making it far more interesting if clichees just don't apply (Vaako/Riddick is very much like Dom/Brian in "Fast and Furious" in that matter). I'm not for the "Vaako the small submissive one" thing either, especially since even in the film, their portrayed as equals. And Vaako is just *not* submissive in the film, quite the opposite, actually. I think may people confuse submissiveness and listening to orders. And the last part with Vaako recognising Riddick as Lord Marshal was based on him following the rules of his own people, that was *not* submissive.

You see, you're not the only one getting into this... XD Me too, I can be kind of obsessed with things.

I spend a lot of time on every manip because my aim is it to make them look as real as possible. And the better I get with Photoshop, the more realistic I can make them. Oh, and I have about 250MB of pics and screencaps for Riddick and Vaako, that probably helps as well XD

This is so fitting for the prompt. The hold, the tilt to Riddick's stance, Vaako's expression. And the darkness and that little slice of light addding a bit of forbidden mysteriousness to it. (IDK if that's what you're going for, but that's what it seems like.) And FTW: the detail on Riddick's jeans.
